Sales Manager Industrial Engineered Products – North America – Global Fortune 500 Company

Growing & Profitable Fortune 500 Company seeking talented Sales Manager for one of their Industrial Manufacturing divisions.  Business to Business sales development experience.  Division grew 20% last year.  Ability to establish and develop long term relationships and manage customer relationships as well as seek out new sales opportunities.  Will manage a team of 6 sales representatives. Entrepreneurial, cooperative corporate culture.

Opportunity in Spirit Lake area, Iowa, Midwest, vacation resort area.  Compensation: $110-120K base + 30% bonus.

  • BS/BA degree, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years experience in Sales with demonstrated profitable growth with experience in selling large engineered products into the Industrial channel.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have exceptional customer relationship and key account management skills
  • Must have demonstrated management skills managing a team of sales reps successfully. Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Business to Business sales development skills, industrial sales experience is required
  • Must have strong sense of urgency, accountability, integrity, proactive, results oriented, energetic, bright and articulate, team player, self motivated, strategic and tactical skills
  • International mindset, ability to sell technical products, hunter, commercially astute
  • Global experience and multiple language experience is a plus.
